blueballoon Health Services is proud to announce that we are now offering supervision towards certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. The primary focus will be on learning new behaviour analytic skills. Supervision hours can include; review of videos and feedback, phone conferencing, review and discussion of data collection and analysis, assistance related to program development and research review and discussion. We are currently offering supervision certification for both BCaBAs as well as for BCBAs.
Applicants will be supervised at least once every 2 weeks for 5% of the total hours they spend in Supervised Independent Fieldwork. The distribution of Supervised Independent Fieldwork hours must be at least 10 hours per week, but not more than 30 hours per week, for a minimum of 3 weeks per month.
Who are our Supervisors?
Our supervisors are all Board Certified Behaviour Analysts. They conduct descriptive and systematic behaviour assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behaviour analytic interpretations of the results. Our BCBAs design and supervise behaviour analytic interventions for children and youth with neuro-developmental disabilities. They will guide applicants to conduct effective behaviour analytic interventions based on ethical guidelines and standards of best practice.
