When a child has physical or developmental challenges and delays or any kind of learning, social-emotional or behavioural problem, parents often don’t know where to turn for help.  Time is of the essence, yet getting access to experts qualified to make a diagnosis can be challenging. Figuring out which services will help their child and then locating and accessing the professionals who provide those services can also be extremely difficult, costly and frustrating.

For a child with developmental challenges, often there is no single “magic bullet” intervention; most commonly, a range of services and therapies is required. Frequently, parents find themselves coordinating and managing services for their child with little or no direct communication among the therapists themselves.
