Appointment Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an Appointment
In order to be respectful of the needs of all blueballoon clients and therapists please notify us if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of services.
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we require that you call 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to receive therapy in that time period.
How to Cancel Your Appointment

Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed 55% of the session fee. In these cases clinicians are often able to offer value added services to your child’s program. This may include a home program or a report or clinical consultation with a teacher, another therapist or Doctor.
No Shows
A no show is defined as an appointment that is missed with no notification or advanced warning. These sessions will be billed 100% of the session fee.
